For special occasions we like to have a yummy breakfast. On Christmas and Easter I will make monkey bread the night before so all I have to do is warm it up in the oven the morning of. Makes breakfast quick, easy, and delicious. But Bubs has missed out on this due to his food allergies and sensitivities.
That is, until I came across this recipe for Monkey Bread on Gluten Free Gigi. I followed her recipe exactly, except we didn't do the drizzle that she adds to on top. I think it would be a nice addition, but we decided to leave it off. The great part is, this version of monkey bread wasn't that much more time intensive than the traditional version I have made in the past. I love quick and easy!
